100% refunds can be given if cancelled 24-hour in advance, 65% refund given for day-of cancel (without reschedule) or 5-min into the session you are not pleased, 0% refund if you receive more than 5-min of session or if you are disrespectful or discriminatory in any way during the session

Privacy Policy
Nothing revealed from the readings, shared in the container of the virtual tarot reading space or shared in email/social media correspondence will be shared with or sold to anyone else outside of these stated containers. This includes names, emails, social media platforms, other personal identifiers, pictures/videos, events, stories, or personal vulnerabilities.
a. Exceptions to this:
i. If it is shared that anyone is in serious harm or in danger, Citrine will report this. If the client is in ongoing domestic abuse, resources will be shared, however Citrine will not report their client unless they are in serious harm or they give consent to do so. Ongoing domestic abuse towards anyone younger than 18 or a vulnerable adult (i.e. disabled, elderly, etc.), Citrine will report this. Danger and violence shown during virtual session will be reported by Citrine without the client's consent. No reports will be made with anyone outside of who needs to know the situations listed in this bullet point.
ii. If an individual is harassing Citrine or impersonating them, their social media account and/or name may be shared to warn my followers to stay away or other warnings
Sensitive information that is collected on this site (i.e. credit card information) is encrypted and transmitted to Citrine in a secure way. This can be verified by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
